IBS Tax & Accounting Services, Inc. is an entity that was created in January 2009. IBS started out in South Philadelphia on Oregon Avenue. In October 2010, IBS relocated to a more spacious space at 1520 South Broad Street in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are fully licensed and are enrolled agents (federally-authorized tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to
represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the IRS for audits, collections, and appeals). We have a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) on board for necessities like obtaining a Certified Financial Statement.
